Abstract: This study presents an experience report on best teaching and pedagogical practices implemented at the Centro Estadual de Educação Profissional em Gestão e Tecnologia da Informação Álvaro Melo Vieira (CEEPAMEV), a technical school located in Ilhéus, southern Bahia, Brazil. The study aimed to raise awareness and develop entrepreneurial and intrapreneurial skills among students in the Technical Courses in Occupational Safety and Administration, through innovative practices, expository-dialogue classes, and the participation of experts and invited professionals, who shared success cases and professional experiences, fostering the integration of theory and practice. The methodology was qualitative and exploratory, based on action research, structured in three main stages: (i) expository-dialogue classes covering students’ experiences and fundamental concepts of entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship; (ii) lectures delivered by experts presenting specific cases; and (iii) practical activities conducted by the lead instructor, supported by co-authors, in which students developed projects applicable to their current and future professional contexts. The results demonstrated increased student awareness and engagement: 92.5% rated the lectures as “excellent” or “good,” 40.2% expressed interest in starting their own business, and 88.4% reported that the activities clarified doubts and motivated action, highlighting the positive impact on the development of entrepreneurial competencies and the effectiveness of expository-dialogue classes in technical education. It was concluded that the interaction with experts provided students with a realistic, feasible, and viable perspective on the entrepreneurial labor market. The approach, preparing students for technical roles and as agents of innovation within organizations or their own businesses, proved to be a significant stimulus to the development and performance of future professionals.
