VIOLÊNCIA OBSTÉTRICA PELA ÓTICA DAS PUÉRPERAS

O ciclo gravídico-puerperal é extremamente importante na vida da mulher e de sua família. No entanto, muitas vezes essa experiência é vivida de forma negativa, evidenciado pelas violações de seus direitos, além de tudo, no ambiente que deveria lhe promover assistência de qualidade na questão de trabalho de parto, parto e puerpério, caracterizando a VO. Objetivo: Analisar a percepção de mães que tiveram parto há no máximo 1 ano sobre a VO. Metodologia: Pesquisa quantitativa e qualitativa de abordagem descritiva exploratória. A coleta de dados ocorreu através de entrevista semiestruturada, com 28 perguntas abertas através do google meet em agosto de 2022. Resultados e discussão: Após análise dos dados das entrevistas, emergiram as categorias: “Percepções das puérperas em relação a VO” e “A humanização do parto e sentimentos através do olhar das puérperas”. Na categoria 1, foram apresentados dados referentes a VO, onde 60% das participantes afirmaram que sofreram VO, destas 55,6% no trabalho de parto. Na categoria 2 foram apresentados dados sobre a humanização do parto onde 80% acredita que houve humanização no seu atendimento, sendo 75% por parte dos enfermeiros. Considerações finais: A enfermagem exerce um importante papel no cenário obstétrico, sendo esses profissionais apontados como os principais agentes de humanização de atendimento ao parto. Entende-se que é de suma importância a realização de novos estudos com a temática violência obstétrica.

  • Abstract: The pregnancy-puerperal cycle is extremely important in the life of the woman and her family. However, this experience is often lived in a negative way, evidenced by violations of his rights, in addition, in the environment that should promote quality care in the issue of labor, childbirth and puerperium, characterizing the VO. Objective: To analyze the perception of mothers who had a delivery for a maximum of 1 year on VO. Methodology: Quantitative and qualitative research of exploratory descriptive approach. Data collection occurred through semi-structured interviews, with 28 questions opened through google meet from 10 to 16/08/2022, in RS. Results and discussion: After analyzing the data from the interviews, the following categories emerged: "Perceptions of puerperal women in relation to VO" and "The humanization of childbirth and feelings through the look of the puerperal women". In category 1, data regarding VO were presented, where 60% of the participants stated that they suffered VO, of which 55.6% in labor. In category 2, data were presented on the humanization of childbirth, where 80% believe that there was humanization in their care, 75% of which were on the part of nurses. Final considerations: Nursing plays an important role in the obstetric scenario, and these professionals are pointed out as the main agents of humanization of childbirth care. It is understood that it is of paramount importance to conduct new studies on the theme of obstetric violence..
